Lake Forest Place, a continuing care retirement community built on forty-nine acres in Lake Forest, Illinois, was completed in 1998. Owned and operated by Presbyterian Homes, an independent not-for-profit corporation, the campus contains one hundred sixty-eight apartments, eighty-two cottages, thirty assisted living apartments, a fifty-seven room nursing care center, and a centrally located Town Center. Cast stone was used on exterior wall areas as wall panels, soffit, window and door heads, window sills, wall coping, radius landscape wall coping, benches, pier caps, and building signs. 4-1-3.gif (84026 bytes)
